Donations and Premium

Review Donation Points, Premium coverage and payment status before confirming.

This guide follows the current client. Available actions depend on your empire, permissions and the release running in your world.

Donation Points and payments

Open Support → Donate to see your Donation Point balance, support Neveron and review available services. Choose an amount and use PayPal or the eligible debit/credit card option when shown.

A pending payment has not yet awarded Donation Points. Wait for settlement; completed payments credit your account once. If PayPal shows a completed payment but your points are still missing, keep both the Neveron order reference and PayPal transaction ID, then contact support so the payment and account credit can be checked. Do not submit another payment to recover the missing points.

Choose Premium coverage

Premium Empire applies to one empire; Premium Account covers owned empires across worlds, including future ones, but excludes delegation.

Compare monthly and annual Premium for one empire or your account. Account coverage includes owned and future empires across worlds; delegated empires are excluded. The available options reflect upgrades permitted for your active coverage. Purchases do not automatically renew.

The header's single-star badge identifies Premium Empire. The three-star badge identifies Premium Account. Active account coverage takes priority in the header, with its own expiry.

Review a redemption

  1. Choose the Premium option or service and select Redeem.
  2. Review the affected scope, any unused-time credit, replaced empire plans, Donation Point charge or refund, and UTC expiry.
  3. Confirm only after checking the exact quote.
  4. Inspect the updated coverage and purchase history.

Converting multiple active annual empire plans to a new annual account plan starts a fresh account year and credits their remaining paid time. If the credit exceeds the price, the surplus is refunded. Other upgrade paths have their own quoted terms; do not apply this example to every renewal.

Available redeemable services appear on the same page. Read the individual effect and selected empire or target before confirming. Donation Points are an account balance; an empire-specific action can still affect only the chosen empire.

Mech eligibility

The Donate page groups available mech designs by weight class. A DP-only design is eligible for Donation Point redemption and is excluded from new research discovery and newly generated NPC mech offers.

Pending catalogue update: Designs with Ferro-Fibrous Armour, CASE or Double Strength Heat Sinks will be designated DP-only if they are not already. Firestarter FS9-H 'The Ovie' is excluded and keeps its existing availability. This update retains owned units and inventory. Use the designs currently shown on Donate to confirm what your world offers.
